Role & responsibilities

HR & People Support

  • Assist with recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and attendance updates
  • Support onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement tasks
  • Help with internal communication and team coordination

Office & Administration

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and facility coordination
  • Manage documentation, records, reports, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics
  • Maintain inventory, vendor follow-ups, and office requirements

Senior-Level/Leadership Assistance

  • Support scheduling, planning, and follow-ups for leadership tasks
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and MIS updates
  • Handle sensitive information professionally
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding tasks, timelines, and updates

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0-2 Years Exp with educational backgrounds in:

MBA HR

  • Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)
  • Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on-site, full-time
  • Eager to learn HR, coordination, operations, and reporting activities
