Job Description

The Management Assistant will work directly with the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring timely execution of tasks assigned by the CEO. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. The Assistant will act as a key enabler for the CEO, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations and smooth communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents for CEO meetings and reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for project/task follow-ups, information gathering, and timely reporting to the CEO.
  • Track key business priorities, deadlines, and ensure proper execution of CEO’s directives.
  • Conduct basic research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Draft minutes of meetings, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure closure.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and organizational matters.
  • Support in organizing events, conferences, and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide direct support to the CEO in daily operations, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of business process flow and organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Professional discipline, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with senior management and stakeholders.

Preferred Profile

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience of CEO Office OR 3 - 5 Years in supporting senior management/leadership roles.
  • MBA or B.Tech Engineering graduate with good understanding of business and organizational operations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities effectively
