What you ll do :Operate as a senior consultant on complex solutionsThe Managed Services Sr. Associate - Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) will assist in the delivery of managed services for our Oracle ERP clients. This role involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Oracle ERP, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Senior Associate requires a blend of technical expertise and service-oriented skills. Their main responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring service performance, and ensuring continuous improvement. They collaborate across teams to deliver seamless ERP services and stay updated with Oracle ERP developments and industry trends.

• Expertise in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and its integration with Oracle ERP modules.
• Proficient in OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Smart View for reporting and visualization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.
• Advanced SQL and ETL capabilities, including experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Skilled in OCI Functions development and REST API integrations.
• Deep understanding of Oracle security frameworks and access controls.
• Proven ability to monitor and optimize FDI and ERP performance.
• Relevant Certifications ordered by priority:
  • Oracle PL/SQL Developer
  • Any ETL certification (Informatica, ODI, Oracle Data Transforms , OCI Data Integration Services)
  • Oracle BI Applications - Implementation Specialist
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud Professional
  • Oracle FDI Implementation Certified Professional
  • OCI Cloud Solutions Architect
• Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle services or similar roles. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO).
• At least one Level 2 Oracle support certification.
• Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse and BI Applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
• Provide support to the Oracle ERP managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
• Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.
