Job responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Provide support for DNS management and incident resolution across enterprise environments.

Create, update, and troubleshoot cfnode and cfrprofile configurations in CyberFusion, including resolving MFTPS and DNI transfer issues

Perform server and service restarts in response to alerts or operational issues.

Engage with vendors for issue escalation and problem resolution.

Manage virtual infrastructure, including resource allocation and configuration updates.

Support backup and restore operations, including snapshot management.

Address operating system vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.

Monitor and troubleshoot OS upgrades and patching activities, including manual interventions when needed.

Upgrade system applications and support core infrastructure services.

Administer Active Directory components and perform routine server health checks.

Monitor infrastructure tools and environments for performance and compliance.

Manage clustered database environments and coordinate system maintenance tasks.

Respond to incidents related to server performance, access, and resource utilization.

Provide manual support for failed automation tasks and guide users on operational procedures.

Create and update transfer jobs and server definitions in MFT-IS, MFT-PS and troubleshoot transfer failures using log tracing and debugging techniques.

Execute change requests and support business continuity testing.

Install and uninstall software and manage third-party application patching.

Perform server decommissioning and resolve related workflow issues.

Maintain and update operational documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure support.

Strong knowledge of DNS, VMware, Active Directory and MFT.

Experience with OS patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.

Familiarity with backup/restore tools and monitoring platforms like BigFix.

Proficiency in incident, changes, and problem management processes.

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred):

ITIL Foundation Certification

AWS Certified
