We have recent job opening for the position of “Precast Project Manager “for AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd. and our product is Precast concrete.

Job Title: Precast Project Manager Sales and production Location: Ramdaspur Cuttack

The Precast Project Manager is responsible for leading sales and construction activities for precast concrete projects. This role ensures accurate project scoping, planning, pricing, technical support, and coordination between clients, consultants, design teams, and production units prior to project execution. The objective is to deliver technically sound, cost-effective, and timely solutions that support successful project acquisition and smooth transition into execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales / Client Engagement

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, project scope, and technical specifications.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to clarify precast solutions.
• Provide recommendations on feasible precast options, constructability, and value engineering.

2. Project Planning & Coordination

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify precast design opportunities.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to prepare preliminary layouts, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure alignment between project specifications, design standards, and precast capabilities.

3. Costing & Estimation

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and preliminary budgets for precast elements.
• Evaluate material, labor, transportation, and production requirements to develop accurate proposals.
• Support tender submissions with technical and commercial documentation.
• Deep understanding of precast concrete construction methods, production processes (manufacturing, curing, storage), materials, and installation/erection techniques.

4. Technical Support

• Provide engineering input and alternative design solutions to optimize project cost and performance.
• Conduct risk assessments, feasibility analyses, and early-stage constructability reviews.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.

5. Communication & Documentation

• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare pre-construction reports, schedules, and other project documents.
• Assist in negotiating scope, timelines, and technical clarifications with stakeholders.

6. Handover to Execution

• Prepare comprehensive project handover packages including design status, cost breakdowns, and approved documents.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings with production, logistics, and execution teams.
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-construction to implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in precast concrete, pre-construction, or project management.
• Strong understanding of precast systems, design principles, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Experience with CAD, BIM (Revit), or precast software preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
