We have recent job opening for the position of “Plant Executive “for AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd. and our product Readymix concrete.

Job Description:

· Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.

· Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.

· Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.

· Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

· Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.

· Copying, scanning, and filing documents.

· Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.

· Coordinating the interview process with Recruitment Team.

· Inventory Management

· Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.

· Good communication skill

· Billing & Challan Entries

· Expertise with GPS tracking technology & Fleet Management.

· Inventory Management

· Expert knowledge in MS Office

Job Position: Plant Executive

Working hours: 12 hours

Location: Hanspal, Bhubaneswar

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Annual Salary: 1,98,000/-
