Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Mall Marketing Specialist to manage and maximize revenue from mall advertising assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for space monetization, client relationships, compliance, market research, campaign execution, and budget management. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a customer-first approach to enhance the malls branding and advertising potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation

Monetize advertising spaces (facades, LEDs, signages, atriums, etc.).

Identify potential clients such as brands, agencies, and advertisers.

Negotiate and finalize contracts to maximize advertising revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients.

Serve as the single point of contact for all advertising inquiries.

Share regular performance reports and campaign analytics with clients.

3. Space Optimization & Planning

Strategically allocate branding areas for maximum utilization.

Work with leasing and operations teams to activate underutilized zones.

4. Marketing & Sales Campaigns

Design and launch campaigns promoting mall branding spaces.

Use audience data and insights for targeted marketing.

Collaborate with creatives for client proposals and mock-ups.

5. Compliance & Coordination

Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and mall branding guidelines.

Coordinate installation, maintenance, and functionality of all ad assets.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay up-to-date with trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor strategies.

Recommend improvements based on insights from research.

7. Performance Reporting & Analysis

Present monthly/quarterly revenue and performance reports.

Track key performance indicators like revenue, occupancy, and satisfaction.

8. Innovative Branding Solutions

Introduce cutting-edge branding tools and experiential activations.

Create opportunities for unique and high-visibility brand experiences.

9. Team Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with departments like leasing and operations.

Guide junior team members and share best practices in advertising sales.

10. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare and monitor annual budgets related to mall advertising.

Control costs associated with branding assets and installations.
