Mall Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and activations to enhance the mall's visibility and attract visitors.
• Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and themed events in collaboration with tenants and third-party partners.
• Support tenant-level marketing efforts and ensure alignment with the mall’s overarching promotional strategy.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, visitor footfall, and tenant sales to assess ROI and optimize future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and marketing agencies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Ensure all in-mall branding, signage, and displays are consistent with the mall’s brand guidelines and deliver a quality customer experience.
• Manage and monitor marketing budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
• Generate regular performance reports and insights for senior management, detailing marketing outcomes and business impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer behavior to identify new promotional opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in mall or retail marketing

• Ag: Between 25 and 35 years

• Education:

  Graduation or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or related fields (open to other qualifications based on experience)

• Skills:

  Strong communication, vendor coordination, campaign management, event planning, and analytical skills
