Mall Marketing Specialist

You are being hired for the position of Mall Marketing Specialist for our client based in Noida, Sector 63. As a Mall Marketing Specialist, your role will involve various responsibilities such as revenue generation, client relationship management, space optimization and planning, compliance and coordination, marketing and sales campaigns, market research and competitor analysis, performance reporting and analysis, innovative branding solutions, team collaboration, budgeting and cost control, with an understanding of ATL and BTL strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to monetize advertising spaces within the mall, negotiating contracts with potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, planning and allocating advertising spaces effectively, designing and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting market research, presenting performance reports, introducing innovative branding solutions, collaborating with different departments, and managing budgeting and cost control. Candidates for this role should have a PGDM/MBA qualification with at least 4-5 years of experience. Specific skills required include good presentation skills to convince prospective brands. Desired personal characteristics include leadership qualities, personal effectiveness, strong decision-making abilities, relationship-building skills, and effective communication.
