Civil Engineering Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Engineering Manager to lead planning, execution, and supervision of civil works across residential/commercial/industrial projects. This role will involve managing on-site execution, leading project teams, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Prepare detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Review and approve technical drawings and BOQs. Oversee RCC, shuttering, masonry, finishing, and external works. Team & Contractor Management: Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and labor. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants. Evaluate contractor performance and compliance. Quality Control & Safety: Ensure QA/QC protocols are followed; conduct regular site inspections. Enforce safety standards as per HSE guidelines. Budget & Cost Management: Prepare budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures. Approve material requests and vendor invoices. Coordination & Reporting: Interface with architects, MEP & structural consultants, and authorities. Maintain DPRs, MIS, and report to management regularly. Key Skills:Project execution, civil construction techniques, and design coordination. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, ERP systems. Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with local building codes and statutory norms.
