Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and manage civil engineering activities for brownfield expansion and modification projects at ITCs existing manufacturing facilities, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee construction and modification works in existing plant setups.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to technical specifications, and address deviations.
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project status reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety, environmental, and quality norms.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Support preventive maintenance and structural integrity assessments of existing facilities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with below mentioned criteria are preferred-

Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in brownfield industrial projects preferably in paper, packaging, or process industries.
Exposure to industrial project planning and execution in operational plants.
Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Strong adherence to safety norms.
