Mall Manager

You will be joining Gopalan Group, a renowned organization recognized for its creative designs and top-notch construction projects within the Real Estate sector, particularly focusing on Residential Apartments, Villas, Row Houses, and Commercial/Retail Spaces in and around Bangalore. As a full-time Mall Manager based in Bengaluru, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the efficient management of day-to-day operations, strategic business planning, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, meticulous budgeting, and maintaining clear and constructive communication channels with all stakeholders involved. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid set of qualifications, including expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management, backed by a substantial 8-9 years of relevant experience. Furthermore, your proficiency in Customer Service, effective Communication skills, Budgeting and Financial Management capabilities, and prior experience in overseeing retail or commercial spaces will be crucial for your success.
