Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, parking, and utilities
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, elevators, escalators, power, water, and fire safety systems
• Coordinate with tenants and address operational concerns
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and safety regulations (AP Fire Services, Electrical Inspectorate, etc.)
• Manage vendors, AMCs, and service contracts
• Prepare and control operational budgets and expenses
• Support mall marketing activities, events, and promotions
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Handle emergencies, incidents, and crisis management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, Facility Management, or related discipline
• 815 years of relevant experience in mall or large commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of facility operations and statutory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Experience in managing large on-site teams and vendors
