Mall Manager

Responsibilities

1. Overall, Mall Operations & Administration

• Lead and manage end-to-end mall operations including facilities, housekeeping, security, parking, concierge and customer services.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the mall as per SOPs and best industry practices.

2. Financial & Budgetary Management

• Prepare and manage annual OpEx and CapEx budgets.
• Control operating costs and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

3. Tenant Relationship & Retail Performance

• Act as primary point of contact for all retailers and anchor tenants.
• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.

4. Customer Experience & Brand Positioning

• Ensure superior customer experience through efficient mall management practices.

5. Marketing & Promotional Activities

• Collaborate with Mall Marketing team for campaigns, events, festivals, and brand activation.
• Review effectiveness of promotions and contribute strategic inputs for revenue enhancement.
