Key Responsibilities

Act as the
single point of contact
during major incidents.
Manage
IT crises
, drive resolution, and maintain detailed
incident communication
.
Interface with global teams to ensure 24x7 follow-the-sun coverage.
Conduct
post-incident reviews
, generate reports, and contribute to service improvement.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes across
Incident, Change, Problem Management

Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders.
Track
KPIs, risk indicators
, and provide regular status reports.

Key Skills Required

Major Incident Management

Must Have

Minimum 0- 2 years of experience in
