1. Responsible for continuous improvement of the overall Major Incident Problem Management process and
communication
2. Provide clear, effective, and meaningful communication to all appropriate levels of leadership and
stakeholders throughout the Incident Management process, ensuring status updates are delivered in a
timely and accurate manner, as per documented process
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice standards surrounding ITIL and Major Incident
Problem Management
4. Ability to coordinate and drive technical bridges during a Major Incident with confidence, asking the right
questions, and steering the support teams towards quick mitigation, work-around or resolution
IT management peers in an effort to reduce Major Incidents and Major Problems
Manage Post Major Incident review process, trend analysis, establish CTI and documentation standards to
identify problem areas specific to servers and applications
Responsible for producing, maintaining, and distributing major incident reports for critical business and
IT services
Develop and provide standardized monthly reports to IT leadership

Foster continuous improvement by assuring that processes are documented and functional to stakeholders
and business, improving the Major Incident and Major problem management.
