Maintenance Supervisor

The Preventive Maintenance (P.M.) Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing preventive maintenance activities for all electrical & Mechanical systems and equipment. The role ensures minimal downtime, enhances equipment reliability, and maintains compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Description:

•Plan and execute preventive maintenance for all electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery.

•Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, Mechanical, motors, drives, and control systems.

•Identify and resolve potential issues to prevent equipment breakdowns.

•Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

•Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.

•Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company protocols.

•Work closely with the production team to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.

•Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance and calibration work.

•Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor electrical load efficiency.

•Prepare and share detailed handover and shift reports for smooth operational continuity.

Who can apply:

•Candidates with a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

•Individuals having 1–2 years of experience in preventive or electrical maintenance within a manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG industry.

•Should have hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, panels, drives, and control circuits.
