Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and PPC platforms. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences. Manage relationships with local and international distributors. Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and promotional activities Create compelling content, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns. Out station Travel if required. Qualifications: Any Degree /Diploma in Marketing or related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in product sales or B2B sales. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Good Interpersonal skills with Colleagues and Customer Experience in Customer Handling Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred but not always mandatory. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered for entry-level positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Fluency in English and other regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Malayalam) is often preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing is a plus. Ability to work independently and handle client relationships. A proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
