Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and PPC platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Manage relationships with local and international distributors.
• Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and promotional activities
• Create compelling content, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns.
• Out station Travel if required.

Qualifications:

• Any Degree /Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in product sales or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills with Colleagues and Customer
• Experience in Customer Handling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Knowledge in Rubber industries is an added advantage.
