Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Manage relationships with our distributors.
• Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and promotional activities
• Create compelling content, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns.
• Out station Travel if required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred but not always mandatory.
• Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered for entry-level positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Fluency in English and other regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Malayalam) is often preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle client relationships.
• A proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
