Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Supervisor at Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd. in Khed, Pune, India, your primary responsibility will be to direct emergency repairs, manage direct reports, and execute preventative maintenance plans for machinery and plant equipment, specifically for Machine electrical PM. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality of work, and productivity of the maintenance department. Key Responsibilities: - Direct emergency repair of machinery and plant equipment, focusing on Machine electrical PM - Manage direct reports to ensure high levels of safety, quality of work, and productivity - Execute the plant's preventative maintenance plan in your area of responsibility - Review work orders, determine priorities, and assign tasks to subordinates accordingly - Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment - Coordinate activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment - Assign preventative maintenance work orders based on priority and skill level - Audit completed work orders to ensure proper work and equipment functionality - Maintain cleanliness of all maintenance equipment and ensure proper housekeeping - Promote safe working conditions and habits for all maintenance personnel - Assist in evaluating training programs and identifying training needs - Conduct daily shift communication meetings with subordinates to discuss safety and assign tasks - Implement TPM / 5S / ISO 14K / IATF / LPA / CSR internal & external audit activities - Optimize spare part cost consumption by implementing Kaizen projects - Implement projects to reduce costs and improve working conditions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field - 15 years of relevant work experience with advanced equipment - Experience in utility maintenance and Robots, PLC troubleshooting maintenance - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage conflict - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and presentation skills - Strong analytical and quantitative competencies - Ability to understand complex concepts and effectively communicate across the organization - Intellectual agility and confidence in interacting with senior leadership team,
