Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Sawai Madhopur. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and functioning efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising maintenance activities, identifying and addressing repair needs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting equipment and facility issues.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team.
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and decrease downtime.
Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting to address equipment or facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with maintenance in hospitality or resort settings is a plus.
Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related field is preferred.
