Job Description – Maintenance SupervisorJob Title:Maintenance Supervisor Department:Maintenance Location:PARAGON POLYMER PRODUCTS PVT LTD, PLOT NO 23/A, IDA PHASE I, PATANCHERU, SANGAREDDY, TELANGANA-502319 Reporting to:Plant Manager / Plant Head Job Purpose:To supervise, coordinate, and ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all plant machinery, equipment, and facilities to minimize downtime and maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:·        Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, ·        Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. ·        Ensure breakdowns are attended to promptly and root cause analysis is done. ·        Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and logs. ·        Coordinate with production and other departments. ·        Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance tools. ·        Monitor and guide maintenance technicians and contractors. ·        Implement and ensure compliance with safety standards. ·        Support energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives. ·        Prepare maintenance reports for management. Qualifications & Experience:·        Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. ·        2-4 years of experience in plant/facility maintenance. ·        Experience in preventive maintenance and team supervision. Work Conditions:Full-time, on-site role. May require working in shifts or during weekends in case of breakdowns.
