Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of machinery and equipment to ensure the smooth functioning of our production process. Your role will involve supervising a team of maintenance technicians, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and resolving any issues promptly to minimize downtime. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to optimize the functioning of machinery. - Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to enhance machine longevity. - Conduct regular inspections of the factory, equipment, and machinery to identify and resolve issues promptly. - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance requirements efficiently. - Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment. - Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues, involving external vendors when necessary. - Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and implement proactive measures to enhance workplace safety. - Oversee maintenance of factory infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep. - Respond to emergency or after-hours maintenance calls responsibly and efficiently. Qualifications And Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication, joinery, and glass processing machinery. - Technical expertise in operating and maintaining laser cutting machines, CNC routers, bending machines, welding machines, and glass processing equipment. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and regulations. - Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance or more.
