Job Title: Maintenance and Reliability Specialist

Locations: Pan India

Experience: 5 - 10 Years Experience

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Mode: Work From Office

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Techno functional support of APM modules, like IM, TM, RBI, RCA, RCM
• Integration support of data between APM, ERP, and Historians and third-party systems.
• Analyse the Inspection data collected from the field. Derive the degradation mechanism and evaluate the RBI 580 / 581 principles.
• Report the anomalies for effective handling through PM and CM in CMMS solutions like ENBASE and NEXUS.
• Strong hands-on and understanding of Asset Strategies and Maintenance Plans.
• Review and analyse RCM data from Rotating assets.
• Provide opportunities for optimization of the Maintenance Operations, achieving a higher lifespan of the assets.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Coordinate reporting and analysis between onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong focus on static and rotary assets.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PM. And any IDMS system.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CMRP, PE, or equivalent.
