Job Summary:

As an Email Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of advanced email security solutions. You will handle escalated issues, perform in-

depth analysis, and provide strategic input to enhance email security protocols.

Technical Skills

• 1-7 years of experience in Email Security(L1,L2,L3)
• Advanced Technical Support: Provide fourth-tier support for email security issues and resolve complex technical problems.
• Security Architecture: Design and implement email security architectures, including encryption, anti-phishing, and anti-spam solutions.
• Incident Response: Lead the investigation and resolution of high-severity email security incidents. Conduct forensic analysis as required2.
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce email security policies and guidelines across the organization.
• Threat Intelligence: Analyse email security threats and develop strategies to mitigate risks3.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure email security solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other security teams to integrate email security with overall security posture3.
• Training & Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees about email security best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of email security solutions.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards on email security incidents and performance metrics.

• Ensure email security solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance.
• Work closely with other security teams to integrate email security measures with the overall organizational security framework. Coordinate with IT and network teams for seamless implementation.

Technical Experience:
