Role Description

Scada Machine Operator

The Machine Operator will be responsible for the smooth operation of automated dairy machinery, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring efficient production processes. The role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation:

  Operate and maintain SCADA-controlled ice cream production machines, including mixing, freezing, and packaging equipment.

• Recipe Management:

  Follow standardized recipes and formulations to produce consistent, high-quality dairy products.

• Ingredient Handling:

  Accurately measure, mix, and handle ingredients such as milk, cream, sugar, and flavorings.

• Quality Control:

  Monitor texture, consistency, and product parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Cleaning & Sanitation:

  Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of machines, tools, and work areas to maintain hygiene and food safety.

• Production Planning:

  Assist in scheduling and prioritizing production batches to meet daily targets efficiently.

• Troubleshooting:

  Detect and resolve basic mechanical or process-related issues in coordination with maintenance teams.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with production supervisors and team members to achieve production goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing Facility:

  Fast-paced dairy production setting with exposure to varying temperatures and machine noise.

• Shift Work:

  Requires flexibility for shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per production needs.

Salary

• Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month

Qualifications

• Proven skills in

  machine operation

  and

  basic mechanical handling

  .

• Experience in the dairy industry

  (candidates from other industries will not be considered).
• Knowledge of

  SCADA systems

  and

  quality control processes

  preferred.
• Strong

  attention to detail

  and commitment to maintaining product standards.
• Good

  communication and teamwork

  skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
• Technical

  certification or training in machine operation

  will be an added advantage.
