Attendance & Labour Management Maintain daily labour attendance and manpower register. Prepare daily/weekly labour reports and share with HR/Head Office. Support contractor billing by validating attendance and work progress. C. Material Management Support Maintain inward/outward register of construction materials. Coordinate with storekeeper for GRN, stock records, and material tracking. Prepare material requirement reports and follow up with suppliers. D. Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain site documents – work permits, drawings, approvals, safety documents. Maintain vendor/contractor agreements, bills, and site invoices. Handle gate pass, visitor records, and material gate entries. E. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Coordinate with vendors for materials, services, or AMC work. Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and assist in purchase processes. Follow up on payments and bill submissions. F. Safety & Compliance Support Ensure safety gear availability (helmets, gloves, jackets). Support Safety Officer in record keeping (induction forms, safety trainings). Maintain compliance documents required by government authorities. G. HR & Admin Support Handle accommodation, transport, and mess arrangements for site staff. Coordinate for salary disbursement of labour (if applicable). Maintain grievance records of workers and escalate issues. 3. Required Skills Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of basic construction terminology. Strong record-keeping & documentation skills. Computer knowledge – MS Excel, Word, Email. Ability to handle labour-related issues. 4. Qualifications Education: 12th/Graduate (Any stream). Experience: 1–3 years in construction site administration. Freshers who have worked as site supervisors/helpers may also apply. 5. Additional Requirements Must be willing to stay or travel at site. Should be disciplined, reliable, and capable of managing field conditions. Should have basic knowledge of safety and site operations.
