Installation Supervisor

Job Summary Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers at various project sites. Review and interpret installation drawings, site layouts, and client specifications. Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to team members. Coordinate with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and readiness of materials. Monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Conduct quality checks for alignment, finish, and proper fitting of modular units. Resolve on-site issues related to layout, measurement mismatches, or missing parts. Maintain installation documentation including work logs, completion reports, and issue records. Train and guide new installers on installation techniques and safety practices. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and vendors during site visits or handovers.
