Installation Supervisor

Role Overview

Supervise installation activities across multiple sites in Pune and occasionally outside Maharashtra. Candidates from any background may apply.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer site requirements and project details.
• Coordinate with in-house transporter and installation teams.
• Prepare work permits and project closure reports.
• Visit and manage multiple sites using a bike or car.
• Ensure site readiness and monitor installation quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of site, construction, or interior work experience.
• Ability to travel within Pune and outstation when required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Experience: Minimum 2 years (construction or interior design background preferred)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Travel Allowance: ₹800 per day for outside Maharashtra (additional to salary)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
