Diploma Holder

As an experienced candidate, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Operate and monitor production machines and equipment. - Assist in production planning and execution as per schedule. - Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. - Maintain documentation related to production, quality, and equipment. - Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards. - Participate in process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. - Work closely with the engineering and quality team to resolve issues. - Report defects or breakdowns and assist in root cause analysis. To qualify for this role, you will need: - Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production / Mechatronics / Instrumentation (as per role) - 03 years of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (Freshers can also apply) - Familiarity with tools like CNC machines, PLCs, or CAD software is an advantage - Understanding of ISO standards and lean manufacturing is preferred The company offers a salary range of 12,000 - 25,000 per month based on experience and location, along with overtime and shift allowances, PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits. Furthermore, transportation or accommodation may be provided by the company, and training and career growth opportunities are available. Please note that this is a full-time position with the possibility of working in day, evening, or night shifts at the in-person work location.,
