Act as business owner for the consumer partnership and cross-sell business of PayU Credit, specifically for users acquired through PaySense, LazyPay and other sourcing partners.
Develop a strategic plan for growing personal business in a profitable and sustainable manner. These spans generating ideas for step change in business, creating projections for loan originations, deciding on the segments, offer, price points and channels of targeting.

Directly own the portfolio and P&L of consumer partnership and cross business
Own sales functions including tele-calling and deliver on loan origination volumes.
Collaborate with analytics and credit risk teams to deliver profitable business, by ensuring optimum loan pricing and credit loss rates within acceptable benchmarks. Undertake regular reviews of the portfolio yields and risk metrics.
Work with Ops, Product and Engineering functions to ensure timely delivery of the agreed growth initiatives.

The Opportunity:

Get to develop FinTech ecosystem in India powered by PayU Finance assets
Develop strategy to grow cross sell business in a profitable and sustainable manner.
Own and execute the strategy by working closely with PayU internal teams.
Work with partners to get them to adopt PayU proposition and work with them to continuously improve PayU s value proposition.
Own the P&L from the business and drive continuous improvements to P&L.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

A degree in management, engineering or other similar quantitative field from a premier institute
10+ years of work experience in unsecured credit business product roles or similar roles at a NBFC / Fintech / Bank.
Demonstrated delivery of driving structural business change.
Detail oriented with strong organisational skills. Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
High-energy individual with a go-getter instinct and positive attitude.
