Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Regional Manager** to spearhead our business expansion in **Goa**. This leadership role demands a self-driven professional who can manage business development, client relationships, local operations, and team performance—while building Shirke’s Ventures into a top-tier brand in the region. Key Responsibilities * Launch, lead, and grow Shirke’s Ventures’ presence in Goa across all relevant verticals. * Identify and develop strategic partnerships with real estate developers, architects, hospitality projects, and premium homebuyers. * Lead regional sales efforts—build a strong pipeline, convert high-value leads, and drive revenue targets. * Oversee operational execution for interior and infrastructure projects in coordination with central teams. * Build and manage a local team of business development and project execution professionals. * Monitor local market trends and provide regular insights to guide company strategy. * Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and project standards. Ideal Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Architecture / Civil / Interior Design. MBA is a plus. * 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations—preferably in real estate, interiors, or infrastructure sectors. * Strong knowledge of Goa's property market and premium customer base. * Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. * Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Konkani or Marathi is an advantage. * Based in Goa or open to relocating.
