You’ll Be Responsible For
- Provide high-quality remote technical support for wireless protocol products (RA platform, LTS platform, GNSS product line).
- Troubleshoot customer issues, analyze logs, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems.
- Work with the development team to prioritize bug fixes and new features, ensuring product quality.
- Crafting comprehensive test scripts using a variety of tools, ensuring thorough testing coverage.
- Possess deep expertise in 3GPP standards and LTE/5G technologies.
- Design innovative test scenarios and automate testing with comprehensive scripts.
- Think creatively and explore testing tools to recreate real-world network scenarios.
- Meticulously execute test cases and analyze results for accuracy.
- Share knowledge, provide feedback, and contribute to a collaborative cross-regional support team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, or related field).
- 2-4 years of experience in the telecommunications field or a related industry.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of 3GPP 3G/4G protocols (L2/L3).
- Working knowledge of network monitoring concepts and management tools.
- Familiarity with various test automation tools and methodologies.
- CCNA/CCNP certification and mobile device testing experience. (Optional)
- Hands-on experience testing 4G EPC systems.
- Ability to simulate User Equipment (UE) behavior.
- Travel readiness for business requirements, conferences, presentations, workshops etc.
