Project Manager – Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure all work adheres to technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with field teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Enforce regulatory compliance and industrial construction norms.
• Prepare progress reports and support documentation for management.
  

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of on-site experience managing industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, industrial project regulations, and material specifications.
• Proficient in site supervision, project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in dynamic field environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be based on-site for extended periods.
