Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi. The role will involve managing day-to-day operations within the chemical manufacturing domain, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and overseeing production schedules. Responsibilities may include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring inventory levels, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety protocols. This position will provide opportunities to contribute to innovation and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in chemical engineering, industrial processes, or manufacturing practices
• Strong understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and ISO certifications
• Skills in workflow optimization, production planning, and inventory management
• Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is preferred
