Shift- Rotational 24 *7 Job Description: Representing the project as a Subject matter expert A good communicator and relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Experience in managing and validating customs filing process Preparing training material and process SOPs. Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to process activities and task pertaining to air logistics especially in Custom filing process Should be able to proactively resolve customer issues with high sense of urgency. Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline.
