Job Description

· Warehouse Management:

· Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.

· Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock rotation to ensure product quality and expiry management.

· Implement and monitor proper storage conditions, including temperature control for temperature-sensitive medications.

· Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

· Transportation Management:

· Coordinate delivery schedules with distributors and customers, optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.

· Manage relationships with transportation providers, negotiating rates and ensuring compliance with delivery timelines.

· Monitor shipment tracking systems to identify potential delays and address issues promptly.

· Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments to maintain product integrity.

· Compliance and Regulatory:

· Adhere to all Good Distribution Practices (GDP) regulations regarding pharmaceutical product handling and distribution.

· Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product quality throughout the distribution process.

· Monitor and manage serialization and traceability requirements for pharmaceutical products.

· Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance standards.

· Customer Service:

· Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.

· Manage customer returns and complaints effectively

· Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

· Cost Management:

· Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization

· Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives related to transportation, warehousing, and inventory management

· Prepare and manage logistics budgets

· Team Management:

· Lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, including receiving clerks, pickers, packers, and drivers

· Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

· Proven experience in pharmaceutical logistics and distribution, preferably in a wholesale or distributorship role

· Thorough understanding of GDP regulations and compliance requirements

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software

· Ability to manage budgets and cost control measures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
