Logistics Manager (Manufacturing)

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire supply chain process. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers, managing logistics personnel, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. - Optimize and coordinate the full order cycle. - Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. - Manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs. - Oversee inventory control and material handling. - Ensure all operations comply with laws and company policies. - Recruit, train, and supervise logistics and warehouse staff. - Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements. - Implement safety standards and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager (typically 5+ years). - Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to lead and manage staff. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
