Logistics Manager (Manufacturing)

As a Logistics Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the entire supply chain process. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Additionally, you will optimize and coordinate the full order cycle, liaise with various stakeholders, manage stock levels, oversee inventory control, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising logistics and warehouse staff, analyzing data for performance monitoring, and implementing safety standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. - Optimize and coordinate the full order cycle. - Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. - Manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs. - Oversee inventory control and material handling. - Ensure all operations comply with laws and company policies. - Recruit, train, and supervise logistics and warehouse staff. - Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements. - Implement safety standards and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager (typically 5+ years). - Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to lead and manage staff. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
