About the Role

Logistics & Shipment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Book and manage domestic and export shipments (courier, air, and sea).
• Prepare and dispatch samples, parcels, and bulk orders.
• Coordinate transportation from factory to courier hub or port.
• Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, and export documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment data including product weight, carton weight, and dimensions.
• Liaise with buyers to understand and fulfill their logistics requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, courier partners, and customs agents.
• Ensure timely communication and shipment updates to buyers.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or transit-related issues.
• Maintain a systematic database of all shipments and samples.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or export coordination (preferably in textiles or manufacturing).
• Working knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
• Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and accountability in handling time-sensitive shipments.
• Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.

Job Location

Office-based in Jaipur, with coordination across multiple production and printing units.
