Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Logistics Manager to oversee post-dispatch logistics operations, including forward and reverse shipments. The role involves managing courier partner performance, optimizing load distribution, and ensuring timely deliveries within TAT. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly analytical, and capable of driving cross-functional coordination to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee forward and reverse logistics operations post-dispatch through effective courier partner management.
• Ensure all shipments are delivered within TAT; monitor exceptions and drive timely resolution.
• Optimize load allocation across courier partners based on performance and capacity.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with courier partners and implement improvement actions.
• Track escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution while sharing learnings.
• Generate and analyze Excel-based reports to drive data-backed decisions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Support, Warehousing, Tech) for seamless operations.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to improve delivery experience.
• Manage and support the logistics coordination team for daily operations and performance.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in logistics operations or customer success, preferably in B2C/D2C service industry.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and data reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and process orientation.
