Position Title: Block Library & Inventory In-Charge Location: Jaipur (Office-based with coordination across printing units) Industry: Hand Block Printed Textiles Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are a textile export company specializing in hand block printed home furnishings. Our business relies on thousands of unique wooden printing blocks, which are distributed across multiple outsourced printing units. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to manage, track, and maintain these blocks, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of all wooden blocks (design sets, borders, etc.) in Excel/Google Sheets. Assign unique codes to each block and ensure physical tagging/engraving. Handle check-in/check-out of blocks between office and printing units. Keep track of which unit holds which block set at any time. Ensure sets are complete before dispatching to units (no missing blocks). Follow up with units for timely return of blocks. Conduct monthly audits to reconcile physical blocks with digital records. Report missing/damaged blocks immediately. Coordinate with printing unit managers regarding block availability. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; B.Com / ITI / Graduate preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets mandatory). Prior experience in inventory/storekeeping/logistics preferred (not compulsory). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
