CTC: ₹6 – 8 LPA (based on experience & competencies)
Age Limit: Up to 38 years
Education: Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce / Engineering (MBA/PGDM in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred)
Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in Logistics & Distribution (preferably FMCG / Food Processing / QSR industry)

Role Overview

At Miracle Hub, we are hiring for a Logistics Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of logistics operations from the Navsari factory and regional distribution centers (DCs). The role includes fleet management, dispatch scheduling, warehouse planning, vendor coordination, compliance, and team leadership. The goal is to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and safe product delivery while maintaining complete stock visibility across DCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & oversee daily dispatch operations (cold chain + dry vehicles).
• Manage fleet of in-house and hired vehicles (Bolero, Eicher, Super Carry, etc.).
• Optimize routes and monitor TAT (turnaround time) for DCs and outlets.
• Coordinate with distribution centers (Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, etc.) for stock planning & dispatch.
• Monitor DC warehouse stock to prevent stock-outs/overstocking.
• Collaborate with Purchase & Production teams for weekly planning.
• Maintain vehicle documentation (RTO, insurance, PUC, fitness certificates).
• Ensure food safety & hygiene compliance (FSSAI, GMP standards).
• Supervise drivers, loaders, and DC logistics teams.
• Track & control logistics/warehousing costs.
• Prepare & analyze MIS reports (dispatch vs plan, vehicle utilization, cost).
• Drive process improvements for efficiency & cost savings.

Knowledge Required

• Fleet operations & distribution/warehousing processes
• Multi-DC inventory planning
• Cold chain & food industry logistics compliance (FSSAI norms)
• ERP systems, GPS tracking & MS Excel reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
