About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our global logistics team of 14 members from diverse backgrounds, all committed to enabling a seamless, efficient, and responsive supply chain. This role is critical for overseeing global reverse logistics operations, managing the delivery of over 1 million spare parts to our customers annually.This experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager is tasked to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This high-impact role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and vendor leadership to support a fast-paced and customer-focused supply chain

What you will do:

• Fully responsible for both warehousing and international freight operations and performance for the assigned satellite hub. Manage and enhance end-to-end reverse logistics and spare parts delivery solutions, ensuring alignment with and fulfillment of the company’s business SLAs and organizational KPIs
• Take ownership of complex operational challenges that may arise from geo-political issues, trade compliance, fluctuated demand impacting financial budgets, LSP performance issue, stakeholder expectation, supply chain disruption., etc. Drive problem-solving initiatives with a hands-on approach, leading execution & risk management.
• Engage with global stakeholders, logistics service providers, Sourcing, at operational, tactical, and strategic levels to ensure smooth execution, issue resolution, and strong governance across regions.
• Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, including data quality, ISO processes & quality control, Ericsson compliance, KPIs & SLA fulfilment, supply chain design & control, etc. Ensure all activities are executed in a compliant, high-quality manner with a strong emphasis on cost-efficiency, service excellence, and customer satisfaction, while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Own the financial budgeting for your area of responsibility. Perform monthly financial accruals, verify LSP invoices, analyze financial gaps, and maintain a complete overview of actual spending versus budgeted figures. Ensure LSPs bill accurately and on time, and manage all related financial activities for the assigned satellite hub.
• Lead the management of multiple global Logistics Service Providers, ensuring effective contract execution and performance. Drive strategic vendor management by proactively identifying and capturing commercial and sourcing opportunities to optimize cost, service levels, and long-term value.
