Job Description

Logistics Manager – Drilling Industry

Role Overview:

Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end logistics operations for drilling rigs and related equipment
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatch/delivery
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Monitor inventory levels and manage critical spares and consumables
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve turnaround time
Lead a team of logistics and warehouse personnel
Interface with procurement, maintenance, and project teams for seamless operations

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of logistics experience in the oil & gas/drilling industry
Proven expertise in supply chain planning, rig mobilization/demobilization, and customs documentation
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics tracking software
Excellent communication and coordination skills
