Job Description – Operations & Logistics ManagerCompany: Astys Audio Video Pvt. Ltd. Location: Pune Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed) Work Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational and logistical functions at Astys Audio Video. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between projects, vendors, and internal teams, enabling timely installations and efficient resource utilization. Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Management: Plan, schedule, and track movement of equipment, materials, and resources for site installations. Manage vendor coordination for deliveries and pickups. Maintain inventory logs of AV equipment, cables, and consumables. Operations Coordination: Support site engineers and project teams in execution of installations. Prepare and maintain checklists, reports, and operational documentation. Ensure adherence to company timelines and quality standards. Vendor & Team Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery. Coordinate with transport partners for on-time dispatch. Support internal staff with allocation of tools and resources. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, damages, and returns. Ensure operational SOPs and safety protocols are followed. Assist in billing-related logistics documentation when required. Qualifications & SkillsGraduate (preferred) with experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and vendor management ability. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting. Willingness to work in a fast-paced AV integration environment.
