🏢 Department: Finance | Logistics | Admin 📍Location: Astys Audio Video Pvt. Ltd., Pune 🕒 Working Hours: Full-time | Monday to Saturday 11 a.m to 7 p.m 🔧 Key Responsibilities Accounts & FinancePrepare and issue all client invoices with GST & terms. Track all receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments. Maintain daily cash flow, income-expense tracking, and profit reports. Record and verify all vendor purchase bills and maintain due-date trackers. Coordinate with CA for monthly GST filings, TDS, and other compliance work. Maintain and update financial reports for management insights. Logistics & Dispatch ManagementPlan and coordinate material dispatch for every site. Handle Porter / transport booking, documentation, and safe delivery. Maintain dispatch logs with item-wise quantity, destination, and delivery confirmation. Inform site engineers about delivery timings and material checks. Inventory ManagementMaintain incoming and outgoing inventory record for all products. Create stock-in / stock-out logs for easy tracking. Conduct periodic audits of in-stock and damaged materials. Tag and organize all items with location-based inventory filing. Office Admin & MicromanagementHandle day-to-day upkeep of the office space – cleanliness, stationeries, ACs, printers, etc. Track AMC and service calls for equipment or facilities. Ensure pantry, utilities, and office assets are restocked and maintained. Keep maintenance schedules for office infrastructure and report issues immediately. Key Skills Required:Tally, Zoho, or Google Sheets proficiency Strong financial discipline and accuracy Basic logistics and inventory handling Multitasking and time management Office resource management Professional communication and follow-up habits 🎯 Monthly Goals / KPIs:100% accurate invoices and payment follow-ups Zero missed or delayed dispatches Inventory system updated weekly Smooth functioning of office operations without escalations Reports submitted every Monday without follow-up
