Logistics Executive

Job Title: Logistics Executive – Laundry Operations Location: Delhi NCR Department: Operations / Logistics Reports To: Operations Manager / City Head Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day laundry logistics operations across Delhi and Mumbai. The role demands strong coordination with riders, stores, and courier partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Prior experience in rider management and route planning is essential. Key Responsibilities: 🛵 Rider & Route Management (High Priority) Manage daily rider schedules and assignments across Delhi & Mumbai. Optimize route planning to ensure efficient pickup and delivery cycles. Monitor rider performance, ensure attendance, and resolve live rider issues. Provide live call support and instructions to riders during operational hours. Collect and verify Rider EOD (End of Day) data, including delivery status and exceptions. Prepare and maintain Rider Route Lists and delivery maps daily. 📦 Logistics & Dispatch Operations Oversee morning dispatch of laundry orders and ensure timely pickups. Handle courier dispatches for inter-city orders or external delivery requirements. Track and escalate delivery pending orders to avoid service delays. Ensure urgent evening deliveries are arranged and fulfilled smoothly. 🧾 Communication & Support Share invoice broadcasts and ensure payment and order details are updated. Use live chat support and store calls to resolve day-to-day issues. Handle and close floor queries raised by internal teams. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. 📊 Tracking, Reporting & Store Coordination Maintain and monitor store open order status for Delhi and Mumbai locations. Track rack reconciliation data and manage physical inventory movement. Submit EOD reports with detailed logs of done and cancelled deliveries. Conduct periodic store visits to ensure compliance and process alignment. Key Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the laundry or hyperlocal delivery industry. Strong experience in rider management and route planning is mandatory. Good communication and coordination skills with on-ground teams. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic dispatch software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, real-time operations environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
