Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle the logistics department and coordinate with multiple courier partners for product dispatches.
2. Oversee complete warehouse operations including inward, outward, returns, and inventory management.
3. Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of courier partners for all dispatches.
4. Track and monitor both forward and reverse pickup performance.
5. Ensure timely processing of all customer orders.
6. Manage and resolve customer escalations within the same day.
7. Supervise order packaging and ensure timely dispatch through selected courier partners.
8. Track shipments and monitor delivery turnaround time (TAT).
9. Identify and analyze causes of undelivered shipments.
10. Cross-verify Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) with customers to ensure accuracy and detect fake status updates by courier partners.
11. Analyze last-mile delivery performance and evaluate pin code serviceability shared by courier partners.
12. Take necessary actions, including imposing penalties, for lost or delayed deliveries.
13. Verify and validate bills submitted by courier companies and logistics service providers.
14. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports of courier partners.
15. Review customer exceptions such as non-receipt, fake or damaged products, COD mismatches, packaging issues, pilferages, and weight discrepancies.
16. Allocate shipment volumes to courier partners based on their performance and serviceable pin codes.
17. Identify underperforming courier partners and replace them with reliable alternatives; negotiate courier rates and finalize contracts.
18. Maintain effective inventory control and management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of courier operations, dispatch management, and reverse logistics.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis related to logistics performance.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
